I love Mexican food!
We have Taco Tuesday on Tuesday, Wednesday &
usually Sunday and sometimes Friday too LOL!
But we enjoy it, so it works for us.
Here is a easy but so flavorful
dish that is great for a Tiny Home.
Not a ton of ingredients but
your taste buds will think you worked on these all day!
